It really doesn't matter how long you have been wearing glasses or Contact Lenses, or How Old You are.

The important thing is to be more disciplined, and make sure you could do your daily eye exercises routine for about 15 - 30 minutes.

Start to make some changes to your daily habits (i.e. your reading habit and your diet).

Consult an optometrist who can five you expert advice or guide you to an expert who can train you to do these exercises.
